Biography

Abby is a therapist who offers a non-judgmental, comforting space where clients can learn to grow into the best versions of themselves. Abby utilizes Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to assist clients in meeting their goals. Abby has served clients with a myriad of diagnoses including substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, eating disorders, and schizoaffective disorders. Abby is always wanting to learn more about what therapeutic techniques work best for each client and encourages open dialogue between her and each client. Abby is dedicated to improving her knowledge of the human mind, increasing her cultural competency and advocating for her clients’ needs.
