Biography

Molly has extensive training in Integrative Systemic Therapy and focuses on how systems and relationships influence the client’s world. She believes that each individual, family, and couple is unique. By using a goal oriented, collaborative, and direct approach, Molly pulls from multiple theoretical frameworks to best fit each client in order to reach the intended goal of therapy. Molly enjoys working with couples, focusing on providing skills and tools to help increase communication and intimacy. She also works with adolescents, adults, children and families to address a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment issues, communication issues, life stage transitions and conflict resolution.

Molly understands that forming an alliance with each client is one of the most important aspects of therapy. She will provide a nonjudgmental, empathetic, and compassionate space for clients to process their emotions and work towards their goals.
