I believe that therapy is a collaborative and deeply personal journey. My approach is relational, flexible, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I prioritize building strong therapeutic connections to foster a comfortable and trusting environment.

I integrate a variety of evidence-based and holistic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness techniques, hypnotherapy/guided imagery, and spiritual-based practices for those who find it meaningful in their healing process. My goal is to meet clients where they are, providing a supportive space for healing, growth, self-discovery, and emotional well-being.
