Biography

Hi there! I’m a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 5 years of experience helping people feel heard, understood, and supported. I work with children, teens, and adults, and I truly enjoy building connections and creating a safe space where you can be yourself. I take a culturally sensitive approach to therapy, working with clients from diverse backgrounds, including BIPOC individuals, and exploring topics like generational and cultural differences, as well as the intersectionality of our identities.

I use a mix of Person-Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), depending on what works best for you. I also have training in play therapy, which I often use when working with kids.

In addition to one-on-one sessions, I’ve led therapy groups for teens and young adults, creating supportive spaces where they can share and grow together. I received my MSW from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and I’m currently offering both in-person and virtual sessions to make therapy as accessible and flexible as possible.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just need someone to talk to, I’m here to support you at your pace, in your way. In my free time, I love traveling, getting lost in a good book, doing fun crafts, and going on walks with my dog.
