Biography

Judy working with adolescents, adults, couples, families and groups addressing the following: anxiety, depression, addiction and recovery, substance use disorders, co-dependency, adolescent issues, relationship/family issues, grief and loss, adjustment issues, stress management and mood disorders. Judy believes in working collaboratively with the client to help them work through problems and barriers so that they can reach their unique potential. She believes in a positive, solution focused approach, which encourages hope and gratitude related to all of life’s lessons.
